Standing all day on a flat sole puts every step straight through your heel. This one sits on a thick cushioned platform that takes the landing before it reaches you, so a morning on hard floors stops showing up in your knees by the afternoon. The base is wide the whole way along, so you get the height without the wobble a heel of the same height gives you.
- Padded collar and tongue that sit clear of the ankle bone, nothing rubbing on a long walk
- Full lace-up front so you can loosen off across the instep on days your feet swell
- Serrated rubber outsole with deep lugs that hold on wet pavement and polished floors
- Reinforced rubber toe cap that takes the scuffs instead of the upper
- Canvas upper on a rubber sole, eight colours in US 5 to US 12
